As a representative, you will engage with customers in Danish, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to ride-sharing services, app functionality, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide information to riders and drivers regarding booking processes, payment options, and service areas.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and enhance customer support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address challenges effectively.
• Stay informed about the ride-sharing industry and company updates to offer relevant assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or transportation sector.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage customer issues with empathy.
• Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
