Danish Speaking Customer Service for Social Media industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Social Media industry. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and assisting them with issues related to our social media platforms.

Your fluency in Danish will be critical in ensuring effective communication with users, enabling you to handle a variety of concerns, from account management to content moderation and technical support. As a vital member of our customer service team, you will help enhance user satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our social media services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat related to our social media services
• Assist users with account setup, technical issues, and content-related questions
• Troubleshoot problems efficiently and guide users through solutions
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and improve service delivery
• Gather user feedback to drive improvements and enhancements in our social media offerings
• Stay informed about current trends and updates in the social media landscape

Requirements

• Fluency in both Danish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills paired with a proactive problem-solving approach
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the social media or technology sectors, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Passion for social media and a commitment to enhancing user experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
