Danish Speaking Customer Service for Social Media industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's team in the Social Media industry. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their social media experiences and platform functionalities.

Your fluency in Danish will be essential as you help clients navigate our social media products, address any concerns, and enhance their user experience. You will play a key role in promoting positive interactions and building brand loyalty within the vibrant online communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Danish through phone, email, and chat about social media platforms
• Assist customers with account inquiries, content management, and platform features
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user accounts and platform performance
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
• Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our services and offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the tech or social media industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in social media and helping users optimize their online presence
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
