Danish Speaking Health Tech Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is on the lookout for a Danish Speaking Health Tech Support Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the essential link between our innovative HealthTech products and our Danish-speaking customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding support, addressing customer inquiries and helping them navigate our solutions for the best possible user experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our HealthTech offerings.
• Provide training and guidance on product features to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly for future reference and service improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall client support and product delivery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with trends in HealthTech.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong interest in Health Tech and prior experience in customer support is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote working environment.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for technology.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting!
