As a Helpdesk Support Agent, you will provide valuable assistance to our Danish-speaking clients, addressing their technical inquiries and ensuring a high-quality customer service experience. Your friendly and helpful nature will be key in supporting clients and resolving their issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch helpdesk support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues swiftly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Educate customers about product features to enhance their understanding and use.
• Document all customer interactions accurately for the purpose of service improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide seamless support.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on the latest product offerings and support tools.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required. Please ensure that your native language and nationality is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in a customer support or helpdesk role is advantageous.
