As a key member of our team, you will support Danish-speaking customers by addressing their needs and delivering solutions that enhance their experience. Your commitment to communication and service will help foster strong relationships within our diverse client base.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch multilingual customer support to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Work together with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your product knowledge and service abilities.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong focus on customer service and a desire to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Previous experience in a customer support role is beneficial.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
