Join Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES as a Danish Speaking Online Platform Support Agent! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to Danish-speaking users on our online platform.

In this role, you will take on critical responsibilities that ensure our customers have a smooth experience. You will assist users by responding to inquiries, resolving technical issues, and helping them navigate the platform.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide support to Danish-speaking customers via email and chat.
• Diagnose technical issues and guide users toward effective solutions.
• Help customers navigate the platform and utilize its features fully.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
• Work alongside the support team to enhance overall process efficiency and address complex challenges.
• Engage in continuous learning about our products and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Prior experience in online support or technical call centers is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for troubleshooting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A friendly demeanor and a genuine passion for helping others.
• A willingness to collaborate and grow with the team.
