Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist users in navigating our streaming platform, resolving issues, and providing product information
• Document customer interactions and technical issues diligently in our support system
• Collaborate with the product development team to communicate user feedback and technical challenges
• Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and troubleshooting techniques
• Work to improve overall customer experience by identifying areas for enhancement
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of all client queries

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the streaming or technology sector

• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction
