Key Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer support to VIP Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Anticipate client needs and deliver customized solutions to enhance their experience.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions within our CRM system.
• Work in collaboration with other teams to swiftly resolve any issues or inquiries.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about service standards and product offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish is essential; knowledge of English is a considerable advantage. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Proven experience in VIP customer service or a related role is preferred.
• Strong dedication to delivering high-quality customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
