In this role, you will leverage business data to create impactful reporting and analytics that fuel operational improvements and informed decision-making. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure the reliability of the insights provided. By developing and maintaining dashboards, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency of business operations. Your expertise in data analysis tools will be essential to drive meaningful change and support our mission.

Accountabilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in the dashboards

Train end-users on how to use the dashboards and reports effectively

Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain the Power BI infrastructure

Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, updates, and best practices

Requirements

5+ years of experience with information systems, business intelligence, business analytics or a related field

Proficiency in Power BI and other data tools; 3+ years of Power BI experience preferred

Experience with SQL, DAX, and other data languages

Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Ability to excel in a remote environment
