POSITION SUMMARY:
Audax Group is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Data Analyst Co-Op to join the Business Development team. The co-op will collaborate with the larger team to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ensure data quality and integrity, and contribute to the expansion of the firm’s data warehouse following our CRM migration. Additionally, the co-op will play a key role in building reports, dashboards, and processes to support the team's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate not only has strong technical prowess, but is also a self-motivated team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Boston, MA. This position is in the office 3 days/week. These in-office requirements may be adjusted based on the needs of the business.
Hours: 40 hours/week

The base salary range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hourly. The hourly rate represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
