We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team and help transform raw data into actionable insights that drive better decisions across customer experience, product development, and financial operations. You will collaborate with teams across engineering, product, growth, and finance to analyze performance, identify trends, and build a deeper understanding of our customers and business health.
Responsibilities
• Analyze customer behavior, lifecycle, and segmentation to support personalized experiences and product improvements.
• Conduct financial analysis across revenue, payouts, merchant performance, and cost drivers.
• Define and monitor product metrics such as conversion rate, user engagement, retention, and transaction funnel health.
• Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders using Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
• Partner with product managers and business leads to drive data-backed decisions.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation across product and marketing initiatives.
• Work with data engineers to improve pipeline reliability and data quality.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus Points
• Experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
• Prior experience working with customer support, product growth, or finance teams.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing best practices.
Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or product analytics role.
• Strong command of SQL and Excel; experience with Python or R preferred.
• Deep understanding of customer metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV), financial KPIs (e.g., ARPU, GMV), and product usage metrics.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence with data.
