Main Responsibilities

  • Define, monitor, and optimize key metrics and KPIs related to infrastructure and product performance;
  • Develop end-to-end analytical solutions to enable data-driven decision-making across teams;
  • Build high-quality, ad-hoc reports and dashboards promptly to address stakeholder requests;
  • Present findings and propose actions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and consistency;
  • Ensure all reports and analyses comply with internal guidelines and requirements;
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate understanding of data and business processes.
  • Core Requierements

  • 2+ years experience in data analytics role;
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, experience with BigQuery is a plus;
  • Understanding AWS services and billing, deeper technical knowledge is a plus;
  • Hands-on experience with PySpark and Python in a professional setting;
  • Proficiency with at least one data visualization tool, e.g. Looker, Grafana;
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale analytical projects that resolve complex challenges;
  • In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in statistical modeling, with the ability to explain and apply the underlying mathematical and conceptual principles is a plus;
  • Ability to critically assess incoming requests, clarify requirements, and define a clear execution roadmap;
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Salary range

  • Gross Salary 3,200-5,900 EUR/month
