We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, launching, and managing the success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure our products meet market and customer needs.

What You’ll Drive:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines for integrating data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, files, streaming, etc.).
- Writing test scripts to reconcile and validate migration across systems.
- Build and optimize data pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with Data Analysts,
- Manage and optimize data warehouse / data lake platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, ERP). Experience with Navvision is a plus.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across systems.
- Develop scripts and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in data pipelines and related infrastructure.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related fields.
- Open to fresh graduates with knowledge of Data Engineering or ETL development.
- Strong skill in SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, complex joins).
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Airflow, SSIS, or custom Python scripts.
- Experience working with both relational databases (Databricks, Snowflake)
- Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of data warehousing, and data governance.
- Proficiency in Python for data processing and test scripting.
Preferred (Optional):
- Knowledge of data warehouse architectures and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with data migration strategies and large-scale data operations.
- Experience with Edtech
