Your Opportunity:

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Data Operations Specialist. In this role, you will:

  • Cover end-to-end process of the companies' intelligence report commercialization initiative

  • Interpret and analyze market research data and conduct validation research if necessary

  • Collaborate and communicate with teammates and other offshore teams in the completion of assignments

  • Support the Data Operations team in the collection, validation, organization of data to aid the completion of company profiles

  • Gather and validate information/data from various sources (interview transcripts, in-house database, tools, websites)

  • Clean and quality check company profiles to remove inaccuracies, duplicates and inconsistencies.

  • Transforming data into suitable format (standardization)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder preferable in Journalism, Mass Communication, Literature, BS English, Information Technology, Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, and other related courses

  • Strong research ability

  • Ability to think critically and work with minimum supervision

  • Proficiency in written English

  • Background in data interpretation and analysis and/or research

  • Experience in technical writing; systems analysis; and/or project management

  • Strong spoken communication skills

  • Ability to work with precision and rigor

  • Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred

  • Familiarity with Airtable is a plus
