Must-have Skills:

• 2 years of hands-on experience in clustering experimentation, segmentation, and analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics, or Marketing Analytics.
• Proven experience combining a strong statistical background with marketing science or behavioral analytics 
• Solid understanding and practical use of unsupervised learning and clustering techniques 
• Proficiency in feature engineering for machine learning applications.
• Demonstrated experience in applied machine learning using scikit-learn and PySpark.
• Strong ability in data visualization and storytelling to effectively communicate findings and support data-driven decision-making.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
