Job Description :

Lead Delivery champions

• Experience in Win11 Complex Business areas within CIB (Global Markets, Research & Banking)- Azure VDI- Trader VDI

• Day to day operations support.

• Desktop and Laptop Support for W10, W11 and M365

• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Trading Applications such as:

• Bloomberg, Bloomberg add-ins for Office

• Use of Active Directory, setting users, add permissions, changing group policies, logon scripts.

• Configuration of local and network printers.

• Troubleshooting connectivity issues, Ethernet, wireless.

• Supporting users with all issues after upgrade.

• Keep inventory and asset management.

• Report to client project manager

• To maintain a high degree of customer interaction and service for all support queries.
