- Review and refine forecasts monthly or weekly to reflect actual demand signals.
- Predictive Analytics, Statistical forecasting, trend analysis
- Real-Time Data Analysis & Market Responsiveness
- Oversee PO process, ensure timely ordering
- Coordinate with Commercial & supplier, and logistics for Delivery time slot
- Ensure having required Scheduling balance based on PO volume and DC capacity
- Maintain policy adherence, improve procurement workflows
- Collaborate on improvement or innovation initiatives
- Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers.
- Ensure data accuracy in demand planning system
- Recommend new tools, templates, or metrics for better demand planning outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of S&OP and integrated business planning processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
