Dental Practice Manager (with Treatment Coordination Duties)

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and dynamic Dental Practice Manager to join our award-winning private practice in Central London. This role is perfect for an experienced manager or senior treatment coordinator who thrives in a luxury environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient journey while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You’ll oversee practice performance, lead by example, and play a hands-on role in patient engagement — combining operational excellence with world-class care and service.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership & Operations

• Oversee the daily running of the practice, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service standards.

• Lead, support, and motivate the front of house and clinical teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.

• Manage rotas, scheduling, and diary optimisation to maximise productivity and patient satisfaction.

• Monitor and report on KPIs, patient conversions, and practice performance.

• Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.

Patient Engagement & Treatment Coordination

• Act as a key point of contact for new and existing patients, ensuring every interaction reflects Zental’s high standards of care.

• Confidently present treatment options, procedures, and finance plans, ensuring patients feel fully informed and supported.

• Coordinate treatment plans, specialist appointments, and multidisciplinary care efficiently.

• Maintain communication with patients throughout their journey, including after-care follow-up and feedback.

• Support clinicians in delivering treatment plans within 24 hours of consultation.

Administration & Reporting

• Manage financial and administrative processes, including finance applications and CRM updates.

• Prepare and analyse practice data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

• Maintain accurate patient and operational records in line with CQC and GDPR requirements.
