We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our PMC team for a major mixed-use development. The role is responsible for leading and coordinating the design process across all disciplines, ensuring that design outputs meet project requirements, regulatory standards, and the client’s vision from concept through IFC delivery.
- Lead and manage the multi-disciplinary design process across architecture, structural, MEP, infrastructure, landscape, and specialist systems.
- Review and approve design packages, ensuring compliance with project requirements, codes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate interfaces between consultants, PMC teams, and contractors to ensure seamless technical integration.
- Manage design schedules, deliverables, and design review cycles to maintain project timelines.
- Facilitate design workshops, technical coordination meetings, and value engineering exercises.
- Identify design risks, track outstanding issues, and drive timely resolution.
- Support authority submissions, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related design discipline; Master’s preferred.
- 15 years of design management experience, including PMC roles on large-scale developments.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary design coordination, building codes, and design standards.
- Proven experience delivering complex mixed-use or mega-projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; English required, Arabic preferred.
- Professional certifications (PMP, LEED AP, RIBA, AIA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
