What will you be doing?

Starting on day one, you'll dive into real-life product development, supporting companies in the financial services industry. You'll help enhance their speed, scalability, and cost efficiency by implementing digital business innovations and cloud technologies. Our solutions encompass everything from banking to insurance processes.

You'll work on actual projects alongside your mentors and colleagues, gaining hands-on experience in your field. Along with practical work, you'll participate in learning sessions to broaden your understanding and ensure you have a well-rounded view of our industry and your role. This blend of direct involvement and structured learning is designed to prepare you thoroughly for your career in our dynamic environment.

Requirements

Degree course:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, natural sciences

Topic expertise:

• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Independent and structured work style with a strong focus on quality, and maintainability.
• Strong experience with modern SPA frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue), React experience is a plus.
• Experience with Javascript, Typescript, Routing and using REST APIs.
• Initial experience with Micro Frontends, different bundlers, and package development is an advantage.
• Interest in end-to-end testing technologies, especially Playwright.
• Interest in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Interest in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Ideally, already gained some experience in agile environments and project-based software development.
