About the Job:
Translation Empire is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on expertise in .NET development environments. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in automating, scaling, and optimising software delivery pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment for complex enterprise-level applications.
You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between development and operations, enabling faster delivery cycles, improving system reliability, and maintaining high-quality standards across our development teams.
Responsibilities:
· Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for .NET applications.
· Manage and optimise infrastructure on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
· Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates.
· Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
· Collaborate with developers to ensure best practices for software delivery, scalability, and security.
· Improve release processes, environment automation, and build systems.
· Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions for system visibility.
· Ensure compliance with security, governance, and industry standards.
Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
· 2–3 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
· Strong understanding of .NET application development and deployment workflows.
· Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or TeamCity.
· Hands-on experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
· Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP considered).
· Familiarity with version control (Git) and branching strategies.
· Experience in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
· Knowledge of relational databases and SQL server deployments.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
