We are looking for a motivated and hands-on DevOps Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in building, deploying, automating, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. You will work closely with development, QA, and security teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, improve system reliability, and enable faster and more reliable software releases.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across environments (development, staging, production).
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, ensuring high uptime and quick incident resolution.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve application deployment workflows and environment stability.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure infrastructure and deployments follow security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support containerized applications and orchestration platforms for scalable deployments.
  • Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, processes, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar role.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking basics, and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to security best practices, DevSecOps principles, and vulnerability management.
  • Experience with scalable microservices architectures.
  • Basic understanding of databases and performance tuning.
  • Experience working in agile or fast-paced startup environments.
