DevOps Lead

Responsibilities:

• Key point of contact for DevOps pod. Acting Scrum Master for the DevOps pod
• Manages the backlog
• Defines and prioritizes work for the team and supervises progress
• Coordinates between DevOps and other teams for issues requiring significant coordination
• Identifies and documents DevOps roadmap and responsibilities in coordination with product owner and development leaders
• Ensures consistency and efficiency throughout DevOps operation
• Provides status reports and enables open communication with SWA management and leadership teams

Skills and Tools:

ClearCase, Ant, Build Forge, strong Unix/Linux and shell scripting experience, SVN, Maven, Git, Gradle, Groovy, Jenkins, Stash, detail oriented, good problem solver, working knowledge of Java and Service Oriented Architecture, SQL , Confluence
