About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Platform Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in shaping growth strategy, running experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to unlock scalable growth for the platform.


Key Responsibilities

· Develop & execute growth strategy across the platform, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

· Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data-driven analysis, market research, and experimentation.

· Design and run experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization, lifecycle campaigns) to accelerate adoption and engagement.

· Partner with Product, Marketing, Data, and Partnerships teams to align growth initiatives with product development and go-to-market efforts.

· Analyze and report on key growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, activation rates, retention, churn, and funnel conversion.

· Build and optimize growth loops to strengthen network effects and platform stickiness.

· Drive ecosystem expansion by exploring partnerships, integrations, and new user/merchant segments.

· Stay ahead of industry trends and apply best practices from leading growth-driven organizations.


Requirements

· 3–6+ years of experience in growth, product management, business strategy, or a related field (depending on seniority).

· Proven track record of executing growth initiatives and delivering measurable impact.

· Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in SQL, analytics platforms, or growth measurement tools.

· Experience working in or with platforms, marketplaces, or ecosystems is a strong plus.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment with a bias for action.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.


Nice-to-Haves

· Experience in business development or partnerships for platform growth.

· Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, paid, referral, lifecycle marketing).

· Knowledge of product-led growth models and growth frameworks (AARRR, growth loops).

· Exposure to startup or scale-up environments.
