Digital Marketing (Executive & Senior) - REF02

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company’s goals
• Conduct market research, understand the target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities
• Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, like email, social media, paid advertising and search engine optimisation
• Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
• Design website banners and assist with web visuals
• Communicate with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners
• Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)

Requirements

• Nationality: Malaysian
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Digital Marketing or a similar role
• Education: Diploma (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Industry Interest: Keen interest in working within a marketing agency environment
• Digital Marketing Skills:
• Hands-on experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Proficiency in SEO, email marketing, and managing social media campaigns
• Analytical Skills:
• Familiar with using tools such as Google Analytics for performance tracking and campaign optimization
• Creativity:
• Ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns
• Technical Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Adaptability:
• Willingness to stay current with fast-evolving digital marketing trends
• Communication:
• Strong coordination and collaboration skills with designers and copywriters to ensure marketing efforts align with product updates
