A. Build, manage, optimize, and assist in running digital ads across all relevant digital platforms, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, and other third-party programmatic ad tools/platforms.
B. Develop and execute cost-efficient digital ad strategies and marketing plans to help our business partners maximize returns on their marketing investments;
C. Analyze data gathered from ad campaigns and translate them into business insights to further help our partners improve their business performances;
D. Develop paid campaign and media plans that will provide significant and quality returns to the business, including but not limited to media plan, keyword research, landing page & content development, ad copywriting, competitor research, and analytics integration;
E. Implement account cross-linking and conversion tracking with proper documentation;
F. Implement relevant A/B and multivariate testing as necessary to improve ad campaign performances;
G. Perform 360 management of existing paid campaigns - tracking & monitoring of relevant digital ad elements and metrics (keywords, CPC, CPA, etc.), analysis of results, calibration of campaigns to maximize ROI; and
H. Translate data from advertising platforms to insights and recommendations for further optimization of the campaign performances;
I. Analyze data using statistical analyses/methods
J. Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies for scale and optimization using statistical models;
K. Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
L. Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Development teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
Requirements
- Must be knowledgeable in Google Workspace.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Driven, passionate, and self-motivated
- Knowledgeable in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Knowledgeable of other paid ads platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Spotify, and other emerging platforms)
- Should have a basic understanding of the following: ○ Google Analytics ○ Google Suite ○ Google Adwords ○ MS Excel/Google Sheets ○ Meta Business Suite ○ Meta Ads Manager ○ Analyzing Data ○ A/B Testing
