Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Digital Marketing Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, prioritization, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns to drive brand growth and performance.
  • Oversee digital channel performance and ensure alignment with overall brand positioning and customer journey.
  • Drive data-based decision-making by analyzing insights, trends, and campaign performance to continuously improve ROI.
  • Supervise and develop the digital marketing team, ensuring capability building and high performance.
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into effective digital marketing strategies and execution plans
  • Manage digital marketing budgets strategically, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Identify innovation opportunities, emerging platforms, and new digital approaches to support business growth.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing execution and optimization
  • Strong technical knowledge of paid media platforms, social media, SEO, and analytics tools
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
  • Experience with marketing automation, email campaigns, and CRM integration
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
