The PRODUCT MANAGER role is based in Tunis, the role is full-time, reporting to the Head of Operations.
Scope of work covers the following:
Design and production of online products (web and mobile): functional scope, prototyping of pages, expression of need (strong ROI component), etc.
Enhancing the already existing products in Tunisia and Middle East area.
Product development monitoring: liaison between the project stakeholders (technical, graphic, animation / moderation, etc.) and functional teams.
Creative design: preparation of marketing briefs for the creation of promotional elements (landing pages, banner ads, newsletters, etc.) in cooperation with Advertising teams.
Reporting and analysis: monitoring and analysis of product performance, users activity, income, ARPU...etc
Constant optimization of customer journeys, UX and flow while respecting the constraints of profitability, ergonomics and accessibility and benchmark of the competition.
Doing competitive analysis of other similar services/products in the market, giving conclusions and recommendations.
Building needed Presentations to easily share foundations, reports with stakeholders.
Highlighting and updating our best practices in marketing (Banners, LPs, SMS campaigns...etc)
Organizing and maintaining project files and documents securely.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years’ experience in the VAS ecosystem (telecommunication or aggregators..etc)
with bachelor’s degree of a Business School or equivalent. (a minimum of 3 years of the experience is in E-Commerce).
Passionate about internet, mobile, new technologies and social networks. You are active, you take initiatives, dynamic, careful and with a strong team spirit. In addition, you have a good capacity of adaptation with the environment.
Result oriented to evolve in a world of ROI / Performance marketing.
you like the operational and the management of projects and you are sensitive to the technique and its problems to communicate with a technical project manager.
Finally, you master the Office suite and internet tools and you can express yourself and understand English. French would be a plus.
