🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

🔍 Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Mastery

  • Strategically identify and engage prospective clients through cold outreach, email marketing, and social platforms.

  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline to drive consistent business growth.

  • Design and execute winning sales strategies aligned with quarterly and annual targets.

🤝 Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Deliver impactful product demos and tailored sales presentations to decision-makers.

  • Negotiate contracts, close high-value deals, and ensure win-win outcomes.

  • Cultivate long-term client relationships, proactively solving problems and adding value.

📊 Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of the curve by tracking digital trends, competitors, and emerging tech.

  • Use insights from market research to fine-tune messaging and identify growth opportunities.

👥 Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Guide and mentor sales team members, helping them hit their stride and exceed targets.

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive a unified go-to-market approach.

📈 Sales Performance & Strategic Reporting

  • Monitor sales metrics like pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance.

  • Present actionable insights and forecasts to leadership to inform strategy and planning.

🎯 What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5 to 7 Years of experience

  • Proven success in digital or tech sales—bonus if you’ve sold IT solutions before.

  • Stellar communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.

  • Strong negotiator with a track record of closing complex deals.

  • CRM-savvy and comfortable using sales enablement tools.

  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.

  • Native Arabic-speaking nationals are preferred.
