The Opportunity

As a Digital Store Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day management of our clients’ digital storefronts and marketplace presence. Working with ESW’s proprietary platform and leading ecommerce and marketplace tools, you will help ensure smooth operations, accurate product data, content, and well‑executed campaigns across multiple channels.

You will be part of a client‑facing team, supporting global brands and gaining exposure to large‑scale international ecommerce operations.

Working hours & location:

This is a Monday to Friday position with rotating support for our North American clients:

  • Evening shift (3‑week rotation): Work remotely from 3 pm until 12:00 a.m. CET.
  • Day shift (3‑week rotation): Start between 8:00–10:00 a.m. CET you are expected to attend our Méndez Álvaro office at least 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Catalog & product management: Receive, validate, and prepare product data in CSV format for new catalog launches and ongoing product updates. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and platforms.
  • Content management: Organize, prepare, and upload visual, video, and text content provided by the client into the CMS.
  • Promotions & merchandising: Support campaign planning and execution. Configure and schedule discount campaigns, price changes, and promotional activities using ESW Merchant, TikTok Seller Center, Rithum, and CMS tools.
  • User acceptance testing (UAT): Perform regular storefront and campaign testing before and after launch to ensure functionality and accuracy.
  • Marketplace support: Assist with product listings, updates, and troubleshooting. Support marketplace-specific operations across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and TikTok.
  • Reporting & automation: Support process improvements through automation, formulas, macros, or other efficiency solutions. Provide raw data reports using Excel and ESW reporting tools.
  • Training & documentation: Support client onboarding and training on ESW tools. Create and maintain internal documentation.
  • Communication & coordination: Work closely with both internal teams and external clients to support smooth day‑to‑day merchant operations and ad‑hoc projects.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in digital store operations, or ecommerce/marketplace environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, data organization, large datasets).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of an international team.
  • Knowledge of automation tools or programming (VBA, Python, AI tools, Excel macros).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or Builder.io.
  • Experience using Rithum, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or TikTok Seller Center .
  • Additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Italian.
