The primary purpose of this position is to source, qualify and place associates on assignment at client sites. The duties related to this position include recruiting, pre-screening, interviewing and checking references. In addition to this, the Recruiter will support the team in providing excellent customer service to further business relationships with both current and potential customers.
* Minimum of two years recruiting or sales experience, preferably within a service industry, and with a proven track record
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Willingness to travel when necessary to attend meetings and training classes
* Bachelor¿s degree or equivalent work experience
