About the Role:
We are hiring our first Creator Growth Lead in Australia to spearhead ShopMy’s expansion in the region. This is both a sales and market-building role — you’ll own creator acquisition, while also shaping the operational foundations of our AUS growth strategy.
Your Impact to the Role:- Drive outbound and inbound creator acquisition efforts.
- Lead product demos, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Build ShopMy’s presence in Australia through events and partnerships.
- Define and execute the market expansion playbook for Australia.
- Collaborate closely with HQ on product, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Act as a local ambassador for ShopMy’s brand and mission.

- Owning a full funnel — from outreach to onboarding to long-term relationship building.

- Working autonomously while staying closely connected to a global team.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–6 years experience in sales, partnerships, or influencer/creator relations.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian creator economy and culture.
- Entrepreneurial operator — comfortable building strategy and process from the ground up.
- Excellent persuasion and communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and is motivated to exceed goals.

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
