Director - Finance Business Partnerships - Entertainment (CORS352)

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of entertainment development in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a dedicated Finance Business Partnerships professional to join our Entertainment division. In this role, you will be instrumental in aligning financial strategies with our entertainment projects, providing vital insights that contribute to the success of our initiatives.

As a Finance Business Partnerships professional, you will work closely with the entertainment business units to provide comprehensive financial support, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Your ability to connect financial metrics with strategic objectives will enable our teams to make informed decisions and maximize our entertainment offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with entertainment business units to understand financial needs and provide tailored financial insights and support.
• Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts for entertainment projects.
• Analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement to maximize profitability.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial processes that enhance operational effectiveness.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and market conditions to inform financial strategies.
• Support business case development for new initiatives, ensuring financial viability and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Master’s in Finance/Accounting/MBA; CPA/CFA preferred.
• 10+ years in finance, 5+ in leadership (entertainment/media).
• Financial modeling, revenue forecasting, stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with various teams.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
