Director of First Impressions- Receptionist

Requirements

• Answering phones, direct calls & inquiries.
• Greet and assist guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Run Packages, mail & food deliveries
• Conference room turnover.
• Help support other team members.
• Manage office tasks, KP duty, clean common areas.
• Have a friendly, professional demeanor.
• A polished, professional wardrobe — because we believe you can never be overdressed!
• Poise under pressure and the ability to handle stress gracefully.
• An eye for what’s needed next and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
