Role Summary
U.S. Compliance is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to build and run a data-driven growth engine that directly drives new revenue. This role owns strategy and execution across website optimization, inbound demand generation, outbound sales support, event/association strategy, and performance measurement, working closely with the Sales team to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate closed-won growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who blends strategic thinking with execution, has a bias for testing, and stays relentlessly focused on ROI.
What You’ll Own (Outcomes & Core Responsibilities)
1) Revenue & Pipeline Growth (Primary)
- Build a scalable growth plan aligned to revenue goals, with clear targets for MQL/SQL volume, pipeline value, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline through inbound and outbound-support initiatives.
- Partner with the CRO and sales leadership on funnel definitions, lead quality, and closed-loop reporting.
2) Website Performance & Conversion Rate Optimization
- Own the corporate website as a growth asset: messaging, UX/IA, trust building, conversion paths, and SEO & GEO foundations.
- Implement and continuously improve landing pages, CTAs, forms, chat/booking flows, lead magnets, and case study journeys.
- Run ongoing funnel analysis and conversion reporting.
3) Inbound Demand Generation (SEO, Content & Offers)
- Build an inbound program targeting high-intent EHS compliance searches and buyer pain points.
- Create/commission/lead content with commercial intent: service pages, industry pages, comparison pages, case studies, webinars, checklists, templates, and guides.
- Develop lead-generating offers (assessments, calculators, compliance downloads, consultation bookings, etc.) and nurture paths to meetings.
4) Outbound & Sales Team Support (Enablement & Campaigns)
- Support outbound prospecting by creating and optimizing sales sequences, messaging frameworks, call/email talk tracks, and target-industry value props.
- Partner with Sales to develop account-based and outbound support campaigns (lists, offers, landing pages, retargeting, and follow-up automation).
- Equip the team with high-impact collateral: one-pagers, capability decks, case studies, industry briefs, “why us” materials, proposal templates, and competitive battlecards.
- Provide support for SDR/BDR enablement: playbooks, content kits, and ongoing iteration based on performance feedback.
5) Conferences, Associations, and Field/Event Marketing
- Own strategy for conferences, trade shows, and association initiatives that drive pipeline.
- Evaluate and manage conference/association memberships, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and exhibitor packages based on ROI.
- Plan and execute event presence: booth messaging, pre-event outreach campaigns, on-site lead capture, post-event follow-up, and reporting.
- Coordinate webinars, lunch-and-learns, and partner events to generate meetings and opportunities.
6) Paid Growth & Channel Experimentation (as needed)
- Manage performance channels (search, retargeting, paid social, third-party placements) against CAC and pipeline ROI.
- Own testing strategy for new acquisition channels (partners, newsletters, webinar swaps, review sites, intent data, etc.).
7) Marketing Ops, Automation & Lead Lifecycle
- Own “martech” execution (CRM + marketing automation + analytics) to ensure attribution, routing, and reporting accuracy.
- Build lead scoring, nurture programs, and re-engagement flows to improve conversion from lead → meeting → opportunity.
- Maintain clean tracking and dashboards for end-to-end visibility shared with Sales and leadership.
