- Lead and evolve the HR strategy in alignment with firmwide goals.
- Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, compliance, compensation, and benefits.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team, promoting innovation and collaboration.
- Guide organizational development initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and cultural integration for M&A activity.
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, change management, and policy development.
- Champion performance management by implementing tools, processes, and leadership training.
- Drive a positive workplace culture through coaching, employee relations, and clear communication.
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate HR-related risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a people management role.
- Strong leadership, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- SHRM-CP certification is highly desired.
- Must be able to travel to HEI offices and other relevant areas as needed, typically no more than a few times a month.
