About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of MSP Distribution to lead our channel partnerships and drive market growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new Managed Service Provider (MSP) distribution partners. This role is crucial for expanding our market reach and successfully bringing new products to market through our distribution channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Acquisition and Management: Identify, prospect, and sign new MSP distribution partners.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches, specifically tailored for the MSP channel.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at distribution partners.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports to senior management on key metrics such as revenue, partner recruitment, and product adoption.

  • Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective channel enablement programs, including training, marketing materials, and sales incentives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a similar role within the technology or software industry.

  • Demonstrable experience in signing up and managing MSP distribution partners.

  • Proven ability to bring new products to market through indirect channels.

  • Strong understanding of the MSP landscape, including their business models, pain points, and technology needs.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • A passion for creating a safer internet and empowering families.

Pay for this role includes a competitive base rate plus commission; total compensation (base + commission) is estimated to be $250,000-$290,000, but may vary depending upon job related knowledge, skills, experience, location, and meeting sales metrics while in the role.
