Director of Sales 

The Director of Sales will oversee the entire sales funnel, managing the Business Development Representative (BDR) and Account Executive (AE) teams. Focused on acquiring licensed mental health providers, our sales motion is fast-paced and high-volume. Reporting to the President, this is a critical leadership role accountable for driving efficient, predictable, and scalable revenue results. You will own high-impact initiatives that directly support the financial health and growth objectives of the entire business. This role requires not only a strong strategic vision but also exceptional tactical execution, requiring quick action and a hands-on approach to drive results.

What you’ll do:

Strategy & Execution

  • Accountable for the end-to-end revenue forecast for the entire sales organization.
  • Own performance reporting, analyzing variances, and taking immediate corrective action to hit targets.
  • Own and manage all critical sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales velocity, pipeline coverage) and use data to make decisive, high-impact decisions.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Payer, and Finance to align Go-To-Market strategies, translating product or market changes into clear, actionable, and rapid sales execution plans.
  • Lead headcount planning, budget allocation, and compensation plan strategy to maximize sales team performance and financial efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between executive leadership and the sales floor, anticipating, planning for, and executing organizational changes.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to support strategic revenue initiatives
  • Proactively identify business challenges and opportunities, then own the execution of solutions from inception to successful implementation.

Leadership & Culture

  • Provide strong coaching and development to sales managers.
  • Maintain a "pulse" on the market, coach best practices, and model the required pace and hands-on execution.
  • Establish and enforce a culture of high accountability and high performance.
  • Foster an environment where candid, results-oriented feedback is delivered and received constructively, pushing every team member toward continuous improvement.

Who you are: 

  • You have 7+ years of senior-level management and sales experience in tech companies, start-up experience a plus. Experience leading sales managers preferred. 
  • You possess a proven, verifiable track record of managing sales targets, driving revenue growth, and executing sales motions, including fast-paced and high-volume sales, BDR and AE programs, full-cycle sales, and account management.
  • You are deeply passionate about and effective at coaching and growing both people managers and individual sales representatives to build a sustainable, high-performing team.
  • You rely on strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales strategy, performance, and forecasting.
  • You have the capacity to seamlessly flex between high-level critical thinking and hands-on, diligent problem-solving, caring about the details while maintaining sight of the bigger picture.
  • You are an expert in organizational change management and can skillfully navigate tough conversations and periods of high flux while maintaining team focus.

Salary Band: $180,000 - $195,000
On Target Commission: $45,000
