Director Physical Therapist

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with an entrepreneurial attitude and commitment to join our team as a Full-Time Director Physical Therapist in our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic in Garland, Texas.  Our facility is spacious and well-equipped, and we pride ourselves on our dedication to our patients and providing the best care. 

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license
• Valid BLS/CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
• Proven experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Strong documentation and electronic medical record skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
