And we’re doing all this while growing local businesses and partnering with Texas’ most beloved grocer, H-E-B. We put people in the center of everything we do. Our Product team advocates for our diverse users and our business, finding creative ways to serve them both.  We’re looking for a Director of Product for Discovery and Engagement to help manage our talented product team and help Favor grow to become a household name in Texas and beyond. This growth product leader will serve as a user-driven, creative problem solver and strategic partner to leaders across the company. You’ll lead product managers, set your domain’s vision and strategy, and help drive customer growth and retention for Favor’s marketplace product.
