<p><strong>Remote delivery: </strong>on- site in Washington D.C.; potential ad-hoc travel as needed</p>

<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strategic Support:</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<ul>
<li>Assist the CMO/Senior Advisor in developing, implementing, and tracking strategic priorities and initiatives</li>
<li>Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for high-level meetings and engagements</li>
<li>Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and policy development</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Operational Coordination:</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<ul>
<li>Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements</li>
<li>Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and follow-up</li>
<li>Serve as a liaison between the CMO/Senior Advisor and other ARPA-H teams, government agencies, and external partners</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<ul>
<li>Draft correspondence, talking points, and communications on behalf of the CMO/Senior Advisor</li>
<li>Facilitate information flow and ensure alignment across teams and projects</li>
<li>Support outreach and engagement activities with key stakeholders, including federal agencies, academic institutions, and industry partners</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Project Management:</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead or support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CMO/Senior Advisor</li>
<li>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to overcome obstacles</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment (government, healthcare, research, or consulting preferred)</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Advanced degree in public health, biomedical sciences, health policy, or related field preferred</li>
<li>Experience supporting senior executives or government officials is highly desirable</li>
<li>Familiarity with biomedical research, health innovation, or federal health agencies is a plus</li>
<li>Working in a start-up environment is a plus</li>
