REQUIREMENTS:
- 15-20+ years of IT consulting & delivery experience, with a hands-on background in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven experience leading large, complex Salesforce transformations.
- Hands-on experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations: Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, RCA), Data Cloud, AI (Einstein/Agentforce), and Industry Clouds.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, integration strategy, data governance, and platform security.
- Successful track record in global delivery management from India (onshore-offshore model).
- Salesforce Architect-level certifications (System/Application Architect); CTA is highly preferred.
- PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Strategic leadership with the ability to align programs with business transformation goals.
- Executive presence and confidence in engaging CXOs and Board members.
- Mastery of program governance, risk mitigation, and delivery KPIs.
- Financial acumen with experience in P&L ownership and margin optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead multi-million-dollar Salesforce programs, ensuring delivery governance, execution excellence, profitability, and customer success.
- Build and manage global delivery models (onsite-offshore-nearshore) to drive productivity, agility, and cost optimization.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle: strategy, discovery, design, build, test, deploy, adoption, and post-go-live value realization.
- Champion and be accountable for KPIs including CSAT, NPS, ROI, adoption metrics, and time-to-value.
- Act as the final authority for solution architecture and technical integrity across all projects.
- Provide guidance on multi-cloud Salesforce implementations, including Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, RCA), Data Cloud, AI, and Industry Clouds.
- Drive large-scale integration strategies with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Infor), middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi), Data Platforms, and AI/ML solutions.
- Ensure technical governance, performance optimization, scalability, and security compliance.
- Mentor and guide architects towards CTA-level competency.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client CIOs, CTOs, and Business Heads, leading executive-level strategy sessions.
- Influence Board-level stakeholders with strong business cases, ROI frameworks, and industry insights.
- Build and scale a world-class Salesforce delivery practice, fostering talent development and certifications.
- Own P&L responsibility for Salesforce delivery, driving operational efficiency and margin optimization.
- Actively contribute to pre-sales, solutioning for pursuits, and partner with sales teams for deal shaping.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
