As the District Medical Director for Maine, you will serve as a key clinical leader responsible for driving clinical excellence, provider engagement, and district performance across our urgent care locations. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer and partnering closely with the District Director of Operations (DO), you will help align clinical strategy with operational execution, ensuring our clinics consistently deliver high-quality, efficient, and value-based care. In this role, you will support and mentor providers, strengthen clinical standards, and use performance data to guide improvements that enhance both patient outcomes and team success.
