Descriptions of Job duties:
Medical Consultation and Treatment
- Conduct comprehensive medical examinations, assess patient conditions, and provide accurate diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients’ medical needs and clinical indications.
- Ensure all medical practices strictly comply with Vietnamese medical regulations, professional standards, and clinic policies.
Patient Consultation and Follow-up
- Interpret laboratory and diagnostic test results and provide clear, comprehensive explanations to patients.
- Provide medical consultation and advice via phone or other approved communication channels for pre-test and post-test follow-up care.
- Respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring clarity, reassurance, and continuity throughout the patient care journey.
Compliance, Documentation & Quality Assurance
- Prepare, review, and validate medical reports and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal clinic standards.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient medical records in accordance with data protection and healthcare regulations.
- Adhere to established clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and quality assurance procedures.
Collaboration, Project Participation & Team Support
- Work closely with the Laboratory, Operations, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
- Actively participate in company projects, including clinical service development, quality improvement initiatives, and cross-functional healthcare projects.
- Contribute to the development, review, and continuous improvement of clinical workflows, medical procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at Patient Service Centers (PSCs).
- Coordinate with the Laboratory and Medical Marketing teams in developing, reviewing, and validating medical and educational content.
- Collaborate with Branch Operations and Customer Service teams to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and overall patient satisfaction.
- Coach, support, and provide professional training or guidance to clinic and branch teams when required.
- Co-consultation between clinical and paraclinical aspects for better approach to patients care
Media & Professional Representation
- Participate in company media and communication activities as required, including medical filming, photography, interviews, educational materials, and health communication campaigns.
- Ensure all media participation maintains medical accuracy, ethical standards, and professional representation of the company.
Revenue Growth, Efficiency & Patient Experience
- Deliver high-quality medical consultations and treatments that build patient trust, satisfaction, and long-term engagement with the clinic.
- Participate in initiatives to expand clinical services by identifying patient needs and ethically promoting appropriate additional services in line with medical best practices.
- Support operational efficiency by following established protocols, minimizing waste, and collaborating with colleagues to optimize patient experience and clinical workflows.
Continuous Professional Development & report to CMO
- Maintain and update professional knowledge and clinical competence by participating in continuing medical education programs, training courses, professional conferences, reading medical publications, and engaging in relevant professional organizations.
- Report and review to CMO on the departmental and professional activities
Experience and skills requirements:
Medical Degree from a reputable university, degree ITo have practicing license (certified by DoH of HCMC)At least 3 years relevant experience as an Internal Medicine Physician in a hospital setting or busy practice and still practice actively currentlySkilled in examining adult patients to ensure care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recoveryKnowledgeable in prescribing required tests and perform follow-up visits, refer patients to specialistsValid doctor’s vaccination certificate is preferredFluency in English, radiology knowledge is a plus
