Doctor - Pathologist

• Check test results in person or online, give their expert opinion in person or online on the test results and sign test results on LIS.

• Consulting on performing additional tests and expert consultation on the test results of customers upon request as a Key opinion leader (KOL).

• Participate in performing and advising on the laboratory workflow and test details on some advanced tests as per new test developments (basic histopathology, cytology, IHC, special stains, molecular pathology testing etc)

• Supervise, support, and check the implementation of basic and advanced test workflows and provide expert opinions to improve them.

• Participate in professional training for technical laboratory staff (support/review standard operating procedures, participate in professional reiteration training...), hand holding of the current laboratory doctor and expert contributing to medical marketing material related to the department.

• Participate and support the work related to the Quality Management System (ISO, CAP, Biosafety ...) as an expert in the field and lend their certification towards accreditation process.

• Qualification: Laboratory specialist (with a certificate to practice Medical Laboratory) with at least 8-10 years in field of Histopathology, IHC and Cytology. 

• Key Opinion leader in the above field of pathology medicine. 

• Priority is given to English fluency, basic understanding of Laboratory Information systems and digital imaging and reporting of cytology and pathology.
