Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Design

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions using .NET technologies.
• Define application architecture ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Develop architectural blueprints, technical design documents, and integration strategies.

Technical Leadership

• Lead development teams in adopting best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor developers and provide guidance on technical challenges and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into robust technical specifications.

Project Oversight

• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Review and approve code, design documents, and technical deliverables.

Innovation & Optimization

• Evaluate emerging technologies and introduce improvements to enhance performance and development efficiency.
• Optimize application and system architecture for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

Collaboration

• Partner with architects, business analysts, and project managers to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.
• Work with DevOps teams to strengthen CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Key Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Technical Expertise

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development with strong focus on .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, etc.).
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns such as Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and SOA.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and application security standards.
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding development teams.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
