Dot Net(.Net) Production/Application Support

Talent Worx is seeking a dedicated Dot Net Production/Application Support professional to join our client's operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting .NET applications in a production environment. You will work closely with development teams to ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of applications while addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues.

Requirements

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

• Solid experience in .NET technologies, including .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
• Strong understanding of application support processes, incident management, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience with production support and monitoring tools to ensure application performance.
• Good knowledge of databases, preferably SQL Server, and the ability to write complex queries.
• Familiarity with issue tracking systems and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing incidents and service requests.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in shift rotations as required for production support.
