Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market to generate leads.
• Engage effectively with prospects to convey the value of our services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up on leads through calls and emails, nurturing relationships with potential clients.
• Document all client interactions and appointment scheduling details in our CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to sales discussions.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve our appointment-setting strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to engage prospects meaningfully.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive ability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing clients and appointments.
