As a Dutch Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Dutch-speaking clients receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, fostering relationships to enhance their experience.
• Guide clients in utilizing our products and services to achieve their business objectives effectively.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively offer resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Document client interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and drive solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide insightful advice to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer success or similar client-facing roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Experience with CRM tools and a good understanding of technology.
• A strong dedication to customer satisfaction and achieving results.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided.
